New Owner Introduction

Thank you so much for your continued support and patronage of ”Matsunokitei”. We are writing to inform you that the ownership of the inn has recently changed. It is my great honor to introduce myself as the new owner, Bibi.
First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the previous owner for their dedication and all that they have built over the years. Moving forward, I am committed to upholding the values and spirit of this wonderful place while striving to create an even more comfortable and welcoming environment for all of our guests.
A little about myself: I came from Osaka about 20years ago since I really love this village’s beautiful nature and unique culture. I have great respect for the history and the unique atmosphere of this inn, and I look forward to continuing to provide a place where everyone feels at home.
As we begin this new chapter, I sincerely hope for your understanding and continued support. Should you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am excited to meet you all and to welcome you to Matsunokitei in the future.
